The Costumer Journey is based on an ideal future costumer named Gerard Mirada Garrofé. He is a senior university Student, and he is also working as an intern in a company. He lives in the outskirts of Barcelona.
Gerard is an open-minded person, and he is interested in knowing new people. He likes driving and being aware of the newest development in technology. He has a driving license and owns a car. Despite his raising awareness about pollution he must drive every day because using public transport increases the journey time so much that he wouldn’t be able to arrive on time.
We have identified the following stages in the user journey. The following section lists them along with our insights and opportunities for each phase.
- Looking for new ways of mobility:
Provide the platform which will allow users to rent private parking spaces for a limited period of time while they are not using it. In addition, this platform will also put in touch people doing the same journey, so they will be able to share expenses.
- Downloading the app:
Make a good impression to our potential customers and encourage them to use our app via vouchers and discounts to be used during the first three days of using the app.
- Create the profile account:
We have to get the client to trust us and explain to him that all the personal data will be kept private and secure and will be used only to operate the app and to improve his user experience.
- Using the service:
Make sure that the customer is satisfied and provide great confidence. Moreover, we have to try to find people interested in sharing the journey and the expenses with Gerard.
